Services are primarily designed for older adults and pensioners, typically individuals aged 60 or above. Users younger than 60 may still access general informational content but may be ineligible for specific retiree-focused offerings.

You agree to use enterzen only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or solicit illicit behavior are prohibited.

enterzen operates from Thailand and provides services primarily within Thailand. Availability of specific insurance products or partner services may be restricted to persons resident in Thailand or otherwise subject to provider terms.

Our services

enterzen provides informational tools, comparison resources and referral introductions to insurance providers relevant to retirement needs. Services include summaries of product features, cost estimates and resources to help users assess options. Decisions regarding purchase of insurance remain with the user and any contractual relationship for insurance is directly between the user and the insurance provider.

We may modify, add or remove features, content or services at any time. Material changes will be posted on enterzen.club. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We strive to keep the website and services available but do not represent that any particular feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be suspended for maintenance or due to technical issues beyond our control.

User content

Users may submit information, reviews, comments or other content when using the site. By submitting content you confirm you have the rights to provide it and that it complies with these terms.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content. By submitting content you grant enterzen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display the content in connection with operating the service.

The license granted to enterzen allows display, distribution and modification of user content as necessary to provide and promote the services. The license terminates if the content is removed, except where enterzen has already published or distributed copies.

Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy and appropriateness of any content they provide. Content that is defamatory, infringing, abusive or otherwise unlawful may be removed without notice.

enterzen may remove user content at its discretion where it violates these terms or applicable law. If you believe content should be removed, contact us with details and we will assess the request.

Paid services

Some features or referrals may involve fees. Paid services may include premium comparison reports, personalized consultation coordination with partners, or priority support.

Pricing for paid services will be presented clearly before purchase. Prices are expressed in local currency and may include applicable fees. Pricing details for specific offerings are available on the relevant service pages.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment you agree to the payment provider’s terms and to enterzen’s terms related to the purchased service.

Subscription services, if offered, will be billed according to the subscription terms presented at sign-up. Renewal terms, billing frequency and cancellation procedures will be disclosed prior to purchase.

Refunds for paid services are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the refund policy shown at the time of purchase. Eligibility for refunds depends on the nature of the service and whether deliverables have been provided.

Users may cancel subscriptions or paid services as described in the specific service terms. Cancellation does not affect obligations for fees already incurred prior to cancellation.

Users are responsible for any local taxes or duties owed in connection with purchases. enterzen will display tax-related information at checkout where applicable.

We may update prices for paid services. Price changes will not affect subscriptions already paid for unless otherwise stated and disclosed at the time of change.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features until payment is received.

Changes to these terms

If you create an account on enterzen, you must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must ensure that information associated with your account is current and accurate. enterzen may suspend or limit access where account information appears false or misleading.

Protect your login credentials and notify enterzen promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.

Account credentials and benefits are personal and non-transferable except with explicit written permission from enterzen.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact enterzen immediately via the contact details provided so we can take steps to secure the account and contribute.

enterzen may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are subject to legal requirements. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided where practicable.

Rules of conduct

On termination, access to account features and stored content may be removed. Fees already paid are not necessarily refunded; refund policies for paid services apply as described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes will typically be resolved in courts located in Thailand, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
